Staff feedback at 4:45 pm (project pack-up meeting and satisfaction

Quilting feedback from Program Leader Lorraine

I was thankful that Mr. Currie was the technical expert and the group took care of setting up the video. Mr. Currie came early and turned the volume and checked with ladies at eh back and so the volume was the right level. A fabric was put over two windows to take care of the sunlight shinning on the projector screen.

From speaking with the guests they were very pleased with the display of quilts the members of the Southwest Quilters Guild had brought.

Two ladies from the audience were looking for a jar to donate some money to the library.

The video was just the right length and did not drag along. It was appreciated that the tables and chairs were put out a day before. I had a to do list of putting coffee out.

Janet Musgrave liked the hand painted wine glass and she wanted to take them home as a door prize.
Lorraine Flynn (Program Leader- came to work on the day because she was organizing the event.)

It was fabulous. It was nice to see so many people. It makes me want to quilt. Darliss Tallman (Saturday Staff)

It was well organized. A big crowd. I think its nice people stick around to talk. A lot of people came to the front desk and thanked us for the program. Jennifer Watson. (Saturday Staff)

It was very successful because of the response of the audience. A lot of people were very excited to come. The DVD was very well done. I enjoyed watching it. It was a good crowd to promote Murder Mystery and Medicine Wheel Workshop. I gave them the handouts. Tekeyla Friday. (CAP Intern)

I thought it went very well. There were no problems. People seemed really interested. IT was well put together. I printed the EQ 6 (Electric Quilt) software purchase information. I have put some pictures on the blog. Emily Giesbrecht. (CAP intern)

The program was interesting. The video presentation had a sense of humor. It wasn’t so serious. The displays were cool. It was neat to see the stuff on the video and in real life. Kyle Martens. (CAP intern)

It was a pleasure to engage the community @ the library. All particpants enjoyed themselves. We are looking into purchasing the EQ6 software. Library Board member Edith Gibbings participated in the program. All staff had an opportunity to get to know our patrons and spend time on the library floor. Good job everyone! The event was very well planned. Let's request members in our community to donate table cloths!
